I actually want to update it everyday but there are days that I can’t write due to lack of time. This is why I wrote and published the system behind the signals, so that you can generate signal yourself in case I can’t write

I’m in the uk and i took the 9pm for the start of the new day, but how do i work out the HCL from there? which timeframe/bar do i need to look for this info?

You need to use 1 hour timeframe to determine the HCL. To not confuse you with ‘one day’ concept, please refer to my explanation in the 2nd article above.
