Lawrence, i think the best suggestion should be 20pips profit target. I keep record the 30pips target for forward testing purpose.

I myself usually using 20pip profit target, except I have a time to watch the trade closely.

Yes, I’ve began publishing the performance weekly. In every starting day of the week, I’ll publish previous week performance. In every starting week of the month, I’ll publish previous month performance. those are my plan.
